You will be surprised during the visit by its cultivation techniques and characteristics
Lunch in a typical restaurant where you can taste local specialties prepared with Radicchio Rosso di Treviso.
In the afternoon guided visit to a private historical villa where you will enjoy its marvellous park and a contemporary iron sculptures collection of a passionate and talented local artist.
Dinner in a nice restaurant nor far from your hotel. Overnight in your hotel in Treviso area.
After breakfast visit of a diary , where all products are realized with artisan techniques , to prevent original flavours and tastes: fresh ricotta , casatella , formaggio latteria, caciotta , mascarpone, formaggio ubriaco are some of the traditional cheese you will taste to better understood the ancient tradition of Marca Trevigiana.
Then you will continue with a visit to winery where you will assist to differents procedures: grape production, winemaking, preparation, refining and bottling. Here they produce very high quality white wines like Pinot Grigio and Prosecco DOC, and rich red wines like Raboso, Merlot and Piave DOC. Visit to the sixteenth-century villa , always part of the winery, that will take you back to the ancient Venetian nobilty époque , and to the wine cellar with final wine tasting.
Lunch in a traditional «Osteria». In the afternoon guided tour of Treviso and its historical and picturesque town center, rich with canals, water sources and many frescoed homes. During the tour you will be delighted with coffee and pastries prepared with local ingredient in a family run pastry shop. Dinner in a traditional «Osteria»
Dinner in an agritourism , before returning tour your hotel for the overnight.
